After breakfast, we gather ourselves together and bus to the La Selva Biological Station for a guided tour. I've included the link to their site (and other sites of interest in previous posts) rather than include information that is already available elsewhere.
We return to La Quinta for lunch and free time after which Mark and Niño take us on a tour of the grounds of La Quinta where we see MORE birds, caiman, a basilisk lizard, poison frogs, etc. We also walk back down the road to look at the sloths we saw earlier in the day on our return from La Selva. Our buffet dinner is followed by walking around the corner to a pond which is home to the Red-eyed Treefrog and we not only see them, but also see them mating.
